Overview
This page explains how character ratings should be built once Azur Promilia has verified kit and testing data. It gives the tier list a transparent method instead of ranking characters from guesses.
Do not treat any pre-launch rating as final. Keep rankings pending until official or in-game data can be checked.

Ranking rules
- Separate official character facts from testing opinions.
- Do not rank a character above another until the test content and investment level are clear.
- Record whether a result comes from beginner routes, boss tests, farming routes, or exploration routes.
- Update rankings when kit text, banner access, materials, weapons, or Kibo abilities change.
Character tier FAQ
Why explain tiers before launch?
Because a clear ranking method can rank faster after launch without mixing verified facts with assumptions.
